School is a complete body or a team of people. Who gonna run the school like Founder, Director, Manager, Principal, Vice-Principal, Secretary, finance staff-clerks & cashiers, teaching staff, Counselors, Nurses, working staff-like peon, maid, Cooks, guards & Watchmen etc.
Eventually for the purpose to open a school we need the sectional premises. Where classroom is available separately to seat the children according to their class standards along with it library for students & staff, Science labs separately & Computer & IT labs etc.
After all that we must need to register our school premises with the name of a particular trust as well as society as well. The registration must be done by the regional governing body of our nation Like India, America & Other nation etc.
Moreover, we could say school premises would be divided into different departments or cadres precisely. Basic cadres of specific departments, as well as staff bodies for kinda school, are like:
Administration body: Comprises Founder, Director, Manager, enact the norms & regulations for the school. e.g, All the decisions & steps in concern of the overall school must be taken under the authority of the administration body.
Finance Staff: Such staff hold all the financial records like e.g, Fee collection, School expenses, Staff Salary payroll & kept all the data regarding the school premises and all that.
Academic staff: Staff included like Principal, Vice-Principal & Secretary looking after the core educational part of the school like e.g, Schooling Current Curriculum, syllabus & arrangement of subject teachers and other basic decisions in concern of educational alteration as well.
Teaching Staff: A group of staff included all the ESL teachers (In the US), subject teachers, Counselors & Librarian etc. All of these are working to educate the students in the school premises. If they noticed any unnecessary activities feedback, complaint & bully in the school they have authority to report to the secretary as well as other administrative staff directly else on.
Working staff: last but not least that for a particular school the staff working as a supporting body. Like Cooks & maids look after the arrangement of pantry & kitchen works. Watchman & guards look after the security & privacy of the school premises and all that.
